Hello! I Have the same problem I had purchased a license for DeskScapes 3 in 2010. I did not know if I could upgrade to the new version. The Stardock website said "yes" to my email. I made the purchase but now I can not activate the product, I tried using my account and my DeskScapes 3 key also .
