I think that boot skin is not safe xp boot screen can be changed in 2 ways by modifying ntoskrnl.exe and by boot.bmp file in no gui boot or a kernek switch in boot.ini but bootskin uses neither of these ways so how does it work does it change a regisrty key not possible

no bootskin is not compatible with windows 7 . microsoft does not provide support for changing 7 boot screen . you can change xp,vista but not 7 though it can be done with hacks which are not at all safe
how can we take ownership of file winload.ex.mui is there any other way other than editing replacing this file
