Fences Pro - How to Disable Quick Hiding of Icons Completely? & New Fence Creation Disabling?

I really dislike the double click event causing icons to disappear as I make icons on my desktop so often and new icons are set to disappear by default. How can I turn this feature off completely rather than selecting icons/fences and telling them to be excluded? I really don't want to be in hidden mode and have icons missing and not know it is my main problem. Even a manual registry change or w/e to disable that double click event would be satisfactory; as its really annoying
