The problem is solved! The file of the program should be shifted to an external disk USB and to establish. From a desktop the program isn't installed.

Hello. The program suggested to download the new version WindowBlinds_8.05_setup_sd. Now I can't establish. "Previous version found.Please uninstall WindowBlinds 7.x and REBOOT before proceeding with the new installation. The install will now exit.ОК".The old version was WindowBlinds_8.04_setup_sd,I removed it.I cleaned system and I rebooted. How to establish?Windows 8.1
