Thank you! The game serial appears under "View Registration" now. Where does one find the Cerebus activation code? Was this supposed to be mailed also? The game serial does not work in its place, nor does it appear in my order e-mail which just says: Product Name : Mass Effect 2: Cerberus Network Activation User Name : <span style="font-family: Arial; color: #000000; font-size

I am having the same problem - I received the serial code for the collector's edition bonus items, but not for the actual digital deluxe edition game itself. It is not in my spam folder, nor does a code show up when I right click Mass Effect 2 under games (though it is still downloading). Any help would be appreciated :) (apologies if this is a known problem and just goes away when the game is finished downloading)
