None of your cursorFX files work with my windows 10 system. Out of curiosity I downloaded a few cursors from the internet which comes as a jar or zip file. When unzipped there are many *.cur files and one *.inf file, this inf file does install the cursor theme and I see it under the mouse properties files. When selected it works just fine. So the bug is related to the way yout cursor fx gets installed or something related to it.... For now..I wish you acknowledge there is
Where did you buy additional mouse cursors? There is a total lack of support by Stardock on this matter.

That does not solve the issue. I also used your purge file and reinstalled it while the scaling was at 100 % on both monitors at no avail.

OK, thank you. I downloaded it from a win7 machine followed the steps to purge and reinstall it and I am getting the same weird behavior. I guess will have to wait till the next windows 10 update.

I have the exact same issue. Windows 10 up to date on all patches.
