Ok I did everything exactly as Lantec said to do and there is no change what so ever. Now I am going to attach the screen shot. What do I do now? I have a Dell desktop. It is a Dell Dimension 2400. Parts of IE wont skin but right now I'm not too worried about that. The only settings I changed are the one that says under xp specific "enable if you have currupted titlebar buttons and text backgrounds" I did check that one. I have also unchecked it to see if that was the problem but it is not. How can I provide a screenshot? Yes I uninstalled the previous version and I have reinstalled this version 4 time and I also reinstalled impulse and still the taskbar and the start menu will not skin. I really don't know what to do at this point. I have not heard back from the tech. dept. as of today. Thanks for all that has replied to my help post.
