Thanks. Should have thought of the Aero issue. Non-aero themes in WindowBlinds work fine on my Windows 7 laptop. I'll try updating the Experience Score on my 64-bit Vista PC (which with a 9600GT should be plenty high) and try WindowBlinds again.

I'm running the demo/trial version of WindowsBlind 7 on Windows 7 Premium. Fresh install. When I select an included theme (Stardock Clay, for example) and click "Apply" no error messages appear, but applied changes do not take effect. Even if I log out and back in, no changes appear.
