I installed a clean copy of WB6 - uninstalled previous version just to make sure. When I apply a skin everything appears as it should; however when I reboot, the system comes back up missing the skin on the taskbar and start menu. I'm having the same problem, regardless of what skin is used. The option is in the display property section, under appearance, then advanced, there is an option to skin console windows, and it worked prior to WB5, I'm wondering if it has to do with per pixel borders or something...
is this possible, like having a matrix theme logon, but have the characters actaully moving while the logon screen is up...
