Sorry to hear you are having trouble. It would help if we could see what's in your debug.err file, it is located in \Documents\My Games\GC3 or \Documents\My Games\GC3Crusade If you would upload it to a cloud service (DropBox, Google Drive, One Drive) and post a link here, the developers can take a look at it. Also, please get the files of the other players you were playing with. Thank you for your patience and patronage.
Thank you for the savegames.
Please try whitelisting the game with any anti-virus installed. And in the folder \Documents\My Games there is the data folder for the game titled Ashes of the Singularity - Escalation, rename it to something else like Ashes of the Singularity - Escalation Old. Then try playing on one of the problem maps.
The EGS does not have a workshop equivalent, so you will have to use 3rd party methods to get mods.
The multiplayer had issues with the AI. For release we will be focusing on getting PVP stable. Once that is done we will be able to bring bots back as we figure out what is causing desyncs.

Not yet. Text additions were being done very late into development so there wasn't time to lock-in translations for release. We'll be adding additional languages over the coming months.
Sorry, the DLC can not be added to accounts that already had the base game before the package was created. To check which DLC you own simply be logged in to Steam and look at the DLC's page.
Sorry to hear you are having trouble. Please make sure that the DLC are installed via Steam. Also, you may delete the old DLC folders and only keep the new one. Thank you for your patience and patronage.

Please go to the in-game options and try changing some of the display settings, namely Resolution and Anti-Aliasing, possibly Dynamic Shadows as well. You will have to exit and restart the game for the changes to take effect.
Go into the folder \Documents\My Games\ Rename: SorcererKing To: SorcererKingOld Then try verifying integrity of game files: Right click on the game in your Steam library Select Properties Go to Local files Click on Verify integrity of game files Try to run the game again, please.
It would seem Steam has modified the path for the redistributables. The new path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\ In there look for the folders C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2005 C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2010 C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedi

Some things to try, go to the path \Documents\My Games\ and rename the folder GalCiv4 to something else, like GalCiv4Old. Then verify the game's files. Verifying game files Many issues can be resolved by verifying you have the most recent files. Epic: <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/support/uploads/E

By crash do you mean that the game closes, or that it becomes unresponsive but it is still running?
