Something else to check.... I installed Fences on a newly-imaged Win10 laptop with no problems. The next day I installed Start10, and explorer started to restart randomly, disabling Fences. I uninstalled Start10 and the problem is gone.

And since we are calling out spelling errors.... It is spelled "definitely" Look it up.
