I recently purchased Sins of a Solar Empire and Entrenchment, but shortly afterwards I was forced to reinstall Windows. I have now installed Impulse once more, but I don't have a 'My Games' tab like I did previously and I can't find a way to access the games to download them. I'm definitely using the same account, and I can't see the purchases being tied to a particular installation of Windows (doesn't that defeat the purpose of digital software delivery), so how might I access my games?
