That is the weird thing, I cannot find an email receipt. This is so strange, because I know I bought GC3 and OTC together and registered GC3 to Steam right away. I remember because I was super excited that GC3 was finally 50% and decided to add on OTC for an extra $20. I changed my password a couple of times in between, could that have anything to do with it? It is strange I cannot find the email and it is double strange that my account name has no record of it. </

Thank you. I will let you guys know if I have not received the key. I had received the GC3 Key in November 2014 when I purchased both OTC and GC3. I registered GC3 to Steam successfully but my order history says neither have been purchased. I only use one email. I will be sure to contact the sales support. Thank you again for your time.
