Cops pull over Marza, OSEA gets involved in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

First off, I know the Maraza ain't going to take no lip from the cops but it was the best tittle i could think of. Now that that is out of the way here is a question (followed by other questions) that i couldn't find an answer to. Why is the loading ramp on the Marza always open? Is it because the captian doesn't give a flying fruitcake for his or his crew's saftey? Or is it because he is a rebel without a cause, but with a cause to rebel?
