Well, as we can see you already fixed it. :) How were you able to fix it by the way ?

I would want to know this one too. I believe there is no setting to change this. However, the previews would actually be on 'list mode' when you are using a Starter version of Windows 7. My netbook runs this version of Windows 7. That is probably due to the Aero function which is not present in the Starter edition of Windows 7.
