Application exclusion not working. HP QuickTouch On-Screen Volume Control. Any help? in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

Hi Seeing as the search function on this forum failed to deliver an answer, I'll start a new post. I've tried using WB's application exclusion for the following .exe's in my Hewlett-Packard\QuickTouch\ directory: HPKBDAPP.exe and SelectiveSound.exe, but when I use the quick-touch volume control the on-screen display is still skinned. I have an HP Pavilion dv5. Anybody have success with this software (HP Quicktouch), this system (HP Pavilion dv5) or
