I wouldn't be posting this, but Fences 3 was specifically sold as working with modern hires displays, and as far as I can tell it's no better than Fences 2 there. How to replicate (this happens on multiple Win10 machines, have no Win7 left to try it on): Have a 4K display as the primary display.
