Purchased a new laptop with Windows Vista installed. Opted to download Aquarium 2009 and Io themes from Stardock. They're in my Program Files but I can't get them to begin as themes? This used to be easy but I can't navigate in Vista to start these themes. I've gone from being computer efficient to computer illiterate with this new Windows. Can someone please help????
