i am having a similar problem. where can you find the game's serial number? it is not the product key code is it? i do not want to hear that if i buy the game, i will get the serial/registration number because i have bought three games entitled demigod, sins of a solar empire, and galactic civilizations 2 ultimate edition, and i have no idea where to find the serial/registration numbers. where are they located? there are numbers located under the product key code, but they do not work either.
