Well I have tried everything and still no luck. Not sure if my copy is a bust or it is something else. I just wish I could hear back from Stardock.

Thanks I will give this a shot. I still have not heard back from customer support so I will try this. I tried registering the game, but the code was not taking at all yesterday.

Well I tried using my got from the collector's edition and mine will not take either. I have been waiting a few days for a response and have not gotten one myself.

Hello everyone. I have tried contacting Stardock through their channels and have gotten no response at all. My ticket is still out there. My question to you has anyone had a Fatal Error on installation of the game? I purchased the Collector's Edition, and it will go through the complete install and then fail at the end. I have tried everything I can think of and have had no luck at all. Has anyone else seen this? Is there a work around someone might know?&n
