Thanks... Could it be that I've got Fences 3 installed and my product key is for Fences 2.0?
Thanks but I've done that already - more to confirm that I was using the correct email address rather than to get the key - I already have the key because I'm signed into the Stardock website where I can see all my keys. It just seems like the Fences application isn't recognising legit credentials.
So I just had to reinstall Windows and so am reinstalling things inc Fences but it's saying the key is invalid. I'm copying it straight from My Downloads from the website. I checked that I'm inputting the correct email (I got Fences to email me my key just to be sure I was using the email address I registered Fences with). At a loss what to do. Thanks in advance for any advice on this. J
