Allow multiplicity through the firewall on the vista box. To test, turn the firewall on the vista64 box OFF temporarily.

I won't list them however - google will show them to you and this forum doesn't seem the appropriate place to hawk other people's software. You've got an issue with your installation or you're trying to run full-screen on the secondary - run both primary and secondary in windowed mode and fullscreen them. Multiplicity works for 4 different client machines with eq2 (I've tested) this way without any issues.
