I think you're right. Now that the $19.99 sale is over, I do see the $10 discount on the $39.99 base game. I sent a question in to sales@stardock, but it takes two days to get a reply. Unfortunately, it didn't get resolved before the sale was over, so it's kind of a moot point, but I think what you've described is the intention--even though it's not written anywhere.

This sale is still advertised on Sinsofasolarempire.com/store 1) Is this sale still valid? 2) Does it apply in addition to the current discounted price ( $39.99 $19.99) making the game $9.99? Thanks!
