I have wallpapertoy installed on my PC, and I installed Fences. I have the wallpaper set to change every 15 minutes, but Fences seems to cache the background image for too long. I presume it is because the wallpapertoy does not actually change the file which serves the background just puts a different image in its place. I can see something to do with Desktop image caching in the DesktopDock.dll. A setting to set the desktop image caching time, either as a registry setting, or
