Try verifying the application through Impulse: -Launch Impulse. Right click on the entry for the application and choose "Verify application" -Impulse will check the integrity of the installed application. You should be given feedback as to the state of the installed application. -If errors are found, an update should be made available in Impulse. Under the Theme tab in the dock settings, you can backup your current dock. The saved dock info is saved here: YOUR USERNAME\Documents\Stardock\ObjectDock Library\Backed Up Themes You could then send them both install file and dock settings to load into it. The saved dock settings would of course have to be saved into the appropriate directory on the target system.

The location in question is found here: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\CursorFX\Themes Please make sure that this folder exists and you have the correct permissions to modify it. To change file permissions: -Navigate to the file(s) giving you the problem -Right click on the file and go to properties -Under the Security tab, be sure that the entry for your username has the "Full Control" "Allow" checked

Try following this link in Internet Explorer (Firefox and other browsers do no handle the file type correctly): 32 bit: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/install_weather.bat 64 bit: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/install_weather_64.bat save the file and run it from your machine (right click and run as administrator for Vista) and follow it's instructions. This should resolve the issue.

Try closing Impulse and running the following file: http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly. Once you follow the link, save the file and double click it to apply it. Then relaunch Impulse. You will need to re-login with your username/e-mail (either will work) and password.

Thanks for letting us know! You can try adding an exclusion for the app in MyColors. To do this: -Open MyColors -Click on the 'Settings' tab -Under the exclusion section, click add and navigate to the .exe file for the application you wish to exclude, and select it. The app should now be excluded from being skinned by MyColors.
