Help! I forgot my Ironclad Account Name and Password! in Sins Multiplayer Sins Forums

Okay, so a few months back I created an ironclad account but coudn't login because i didn't have all the updates(I didn't know that at the time). Now that I have all the updates I can't login to ironclad because I forgot my account. Is there any way to retrieve the information? Any help would be appreciated
