Haha blind me :) Where can I find an update?

Well, i'm fairly new to Windows Blinds, and it looks like quite the program, especially for what I have planned. I've tries restarting, disabling AVG for this issue, but no luck. The issue is, I will download a Skin and put it in the correct folder, and try to apply it and all Windows Blinds does is revert to XP, rather than the skin. Anyone know how to fix this?
