I have the same problem, happend when I installed there new patch, not sure why its broken

The patch installed, I got the 32 bit version, however I am still having problems applying icons, I can apply icon packages fine, but repacing individual icons I get that weird crptic text and my buttons say language and some other werid stuff.

The install (fix) did not install properly for me, it gave me the following error http://img149.imageshack.us/img149/7559/errorao2.jpg
