Problem: Windows Home Basic + Deskscapes. Help Needed in Animated Wallpapers WinCustomize Forums

Guys, can any of you help me? 1. I'm using Vista HomeBasic 2. Downloaded DeskScape Installed and tried using it but says: "The Desktop Window Manager is not running, DeskScape requires the Desktop Window Manager (uxsms) service to be running to function." I'm clueless at the moment as I am new with these stuffs. Can somehow help solve my problem and explain in detail what to do please? Help is much appreciat
