Reply to Titlebar is Gone in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

I had exactly these issues on a 64bit Vista machine. I had an Nvidia 8800 card, but then switched to an ATI equivalent. Both with latest drivers. I tried the above suggestions, noticed that the path was in 8.3 (PROGRAM~2/STARDOCK~1...) but changed it anyway. No go. IE7/Firefox/Windowblinds config were all sans title bar, and things like radio buttons were missing. Only Classic theme worked. So the kicker was that I used the stand alone installer
