Hello, I have been trying to activate since July 7th. I can't use the app to activate because my workplace requires a proxy with authentication. I tried the manual method several times but I never get a reply in the e-mail. I paid using paypal which is a different e-mail address than what I send with gmail. I tried a couple times last week.
