Help! Galaxy Forge/Particle Forge/Impulse Do Not Work! in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

Posted this on stardock forums, no answers in 1+ day, hoping someone could help here. Hi. I have had much trouble with the Galaxy Forge, Particle Forge and Impulse. Whenever I try to execute the applications, windows just gives me the "We are sorry for the inconvienience" notice. My Computer buildup is as followed: Pentium 4 HT 3.0Ghz Processor Radeon X1950 AGP Windows XP SP2 SINS v1.05 Netframework 2.0

Hi. I have had much trouble with the Galaxy Forge, Particle Forge and Impulse. Whenever I try to execute the applications, windows just gives me the "We are sorry for the inconvienience" notice.
