Moving Shortcut to Tile Does Not Work in Tiles Stardock Forums

When i try to drag any shortcut to a tile i get the circle with a slash through it indicating that it cannot be done. I've tried everything. Shortcuts will not drag in. Steps taken. 1. Make shortcut and move it to desktop 2. Drag to the tile bar https://i.imgur.com/XqAEcDX.gif Does not work. I have dragged over the entire length of the tile bar from top to bottom...no dice.
