Just purchased. Where is my product!!!

I purchased the Object Desktop Suite

Got some number...ok 

Go to downloads...nothing there

Go to recent Order History
i get this error

Tried to use the number i was given...does not work.

Tried to sign into the Object Desktop app with my username and password...does not work.

Tried to retrieve the number for my purchase from the activation lookup utility.  Used my account email and my paypal email.

I get account lookup failure

Tried to change my email address. I get no email in the mail to confirm.

So far I have to say that this process as been entirely disappointing.

As someone who develops websites i have to say this has been a terribly disappointing experience so far.  Your site should just WORK NO ERRORS NO PROBLEMS INSTANTLY WORKING!!!

Very angry right now and about to call PayPal for a dispute.
