no one else notice this?

i only see a setting for "Win + x" for the"start button on the bottom of the screen". not sure if this is it but i have my task bar on the right and when enabled it does not give the right click menu. am i missing something somewhere?

Now i know we don't like metro... but i did like that when i right clicked stock 8.1 start button i had all the options of control panel, cmd, task manager, etc. why is this taken away with start8 that was the one thing that was right about it and you guys stripped it off. Please add the option to have that functionality back.
