Having a very similar problem only my install hasn't worked period. I downloaded the latest demo & won't even finish installing. Just says "WindowBlinds needs a reboot. Reboot Now, Reboot Later or Use More Resources" I've searched the net high and low for a solution to this and the only thing I've found is a ridiculous amount of people with the same problem and a hell of alot of nothing about how to fix it. I have no Antispyware or Antivirus running & I've followed all instructions. I
