My PC is monitored by my work, which is strict about what I install =[ So, I can't have WB... I Just want to take one image and put it into the start menu and save it as a .Theme... I guess I'm SOL

I have vista now...HAD WB but its brokenz, but I did happen to save a .WBA file. I was wondering if anyone could give me any tips on how to keep the default vista theme, but just replace the start menu button with the image from my .WBA file. If someone could please help me out or let me know what I can do I'd greatly appreciate it.
