Just wanted to share an incredibly positive experience with everyone here about Stardock Customer Service and Support: Bought Space Rangers 2: RotD from TryMedia with a coupon, linked off the publisher's website. I didn't know that Stardock had any other game aside from GalCiv, or hey, I'd have purchased it here, from previous experience with GalCiv.
