Well Nvidia driver 169.21 seems to keep all my games happy. The game that requested a driver update was Age of Conan. I did uninstall the drivers and reinstall the new ones.

Issues with Nvidias new driver in Technical Sins Forums

Hello all. Just wondering if anyone out there was having issues with Entrechment using the new Nvidia 182.08 drivers. I installed them recently to make another game i play happy, but now i have some graphic anolomies (small flickering sections on text, small amount of the same in the background rendering) and missing textures (on planets) in Entrenchment (I have seen not one issue with other games I play on 182.08, but that doesn't mean there are not any).<

I have never had SoaSE or Impluse crash on me. How many other programs of your's crash? maybe list some system specs, and someone may spot where your issue is (not me though i only know enough about comps to be dangerous). Although maybe it's karma... i bought my game brand new, helping support the company that made it.

Thanks. Well, with the cap ship idea I was kinda thinking of a ship that could basically catch and contain another ship with in it's own hull. And something the size of a cap catching (with a tractor beam of sorts) something the size of a frigate, made sense. So i went with a cap. Hello everyone, first time poster, long time lurker ;) I have been playing for i think a month now and i love this game. But I do believe this game is missing an espionage/counter espionage element. Something that could be added through the Black Market/Pirates, or added in a new research tree. I like the black market idea of purchasing info, with it becoming more expensive as time goes on. But i don't trust pirates... and i would never trust my empire with possibly false info from a bu
