I wasn't sure where to submit this bug report, but other people seem to be posting them here, so I thought I'd do the same. Basically, the title says it all. In the "Registrations" window in Impulse, it says, "To add a new registration, click the "Add Registration" button in the lower right." I looked, and the button's not there.
