ok..here's the thing my fiancee really likes the themes and different "looks" windows can have, I told him about Windowblinds..he found a spiderman WBA that he really liked so he downloaded (he is running Windows XP SP3)..got an error message during install that a .bmp file couldn't be accessed, make sure disk is not write protected..etc....so.. then...I checked permissions and shut down any AV or Spy that might be interefering, tried the install again...same error...<b
