I've made no changes what so ever, but today my weather docklet does not work. It just says "Internet Not Available". I've turned off all firewalls and etc, verified other bits of object dock work fine... Any help? ObjectDock Plus 1.9
Okay, I found like two digital clocks. They aren't perfect but they will fit the bill. As for other docklets, it seems most of what I want is SysStats based, and I've found some but not all to replace the functions I used Samurize for (network monitor, cpu temp and usage monitor, free ram, hard drive access, etc).
LMAO. I know this is an old post, but still. I see these kind of comments everywhere and I just want to say "Not doin it rite". I run XP and Vista both for various reasons, after years of 2K and NT. Just in case somebody else happens across this, let me put it what tips I may. We'll try to keep with your format here: 7. Instant Search Tool - you're not using it right. LOL. The indexing feature in Vista can be set to index more or less of your hard drive, and it can take a few days to adjust
Alright, I'm lovin me some ObjectDock. I'm using it as a full taskbar replacement. I'm on vista, so of course I still use the start search out of habit and ease (WINkey+FILENAME+ENTER)... I've got a couple minor annoyances that I wonder about. Firstly, when I get a balloon tip from something in my system tray, the tip pops up above the invisible vista taskbar. Not really a big deal but kindof annoying when you're trying to ignore the taskbar altogether. I know coding all this stuff is hard work
