I downloaded 10 Version 1.11. Today, I reinstalled Windows 10 and now Start 10 installs. Well I found the problem. It is a reported bug in Windows 10 Build 14271. More than 5 icons causes forced scrolling but it does not really work right. OK, I finally have some time, Phew. I think that what Windows does when you do exactly what you did, is, when the displays are extended, it does not keep the Main monitor as the one you selected and/or the number changes. I will tell you, it took me a LONG time to make it work consistently. When you unclick the move to new monitor, be sure to click on apply. When you then extend the monitor, be sure to examine which is the Main monitor at that time. I bel

The problems that we have been addressing, both Budman and I, refer to the problems in 2.13. There are real difficulties using multiple monitors with differing resolutions. There are work around as I indicated, but they are not easy to find. Furthermore, Portals also have problems when pointing to a Cloud folder. What I did was use only the screen you want it to appear on. First identify in Display settings and then select that monitor as the only one. Set up your fences and portals and unclick the setting that it allows it to move to the new monitor within layout of fence configuration. Then set display settings to both monitors the way you want it. My view is that Fences is buggy with regard to this movement of Fences and Portals.
