Cursor sometimes under and sometimes over a frame or roll down panel from menu

Hey I have been having this same problem. For me, it is just Windows XP windows where my cursor ends up under the outer frame, when per-pixel borders are turned on. You can change the setting under System Info to say "never use per-pixel borders" but then you might as well be using WB4.x, so I'd like to see this fixed in a dot release of WB5. Perhaps a note to stardock support referring to this forum post is in order....
