Here is the ticket number. NQX-743753 I realize that sometimes mistakes happen, which I why I just bought Sword of the Stars from Impulse. It just would be nice to get a response, even if it is "We have to get back to you, but we have read the post" type of thing. Anyway, no one has said anything to me yet.

I just bought Magicka from Stardock, but when I try to register the game (through Steam for some reason) I get a message that I have a duplicate key, and that I can't register it. I've tried reinstalling it a few times, and I have put a ticket in with Impulse. That was 2 days ago. What is my next step?
