i have a problem, so im calling the company and asking them why it keeps asking me to activate it..so thats my problem

ok, i will...but will it allow me to apply this skin..cause of right not its kind of worthless

So i have windowblinds 5. and i've downloaded some themes from the site, but somehow they never apply, i've tried off windows properties and display panel, also object-bar. Any help is much need'd hear i'm really stepping out of my boundries here.
