At the very least, yes, the option to continue without re-opening the research page would be incredible. Ideally, though, the game would be intelligent enough to know that you have no one-shot researches left, and auto-cycle whatever repeatable you're on ad infinitum.

Then... the tooltip may need fixing = P Still a bug.
The best thing about computers - the fact that no two are exactly the same - is also the biggest problem. Software is designed around a stable working environment, and the slightest little thing can break that stability and scatter it across the proverbial floor. Take W40K:DoW, for example. Used to run perfectly fine, then I reinstalled my OS and it stopped working right. Crashed on load every time. After a few emails back and forth with THQ support, I found out the problem: one of Sp
According to the description on the Temple of Essence, one of its effects is -10% Unrest per Essence. So why is my 4 Essence city giving only -15 Unrest from ToE?
Seriously? Wow, okay.... Check LH support thread. Not that hard. Not even close to stealthy.
Could do without the snark, tyvm.
Where are the patch notes for the .87 patch (for any patch, realistically)? Steam normally publishes a link when a patch is deployed, but they didn't this time, and I'd really like to know what changed without having to find it myself; otherwise it feels very much like a stealth patch, which is a bad thing.
The part of Spears that bothers me the most is the Immune to Counter factor. Spear-wielders are the only late-game units which duly threaten a high-level Warrior champion. Anything else will get countered for its trouble - up to 3 times, depending on the warrior's weapon choice. Spears completely negate this (making an otherwise powerful Warrior trait worthless, might I note), AND have high AP and damage. Add in the Defensive trait so you can wield lightning pikes and tower shields, and y

I suspect he misinterpreted Steam not letting him reload the game because it was synchronizing saves (substantiated partly by the fact he didn't come back and say, "no, that didn't fix my problem"). I'm very wary of updating my video drivers, I was having horrible graphics crashes on a newer driver some months ago, and rolled back to the one I'm (stably) using now.
Tactical map: Decreased opacity for the tile grid (or slider for adjusting it) would be welcome.
Slider for adjusting it, if possible. Some of us like our opaque tactical grid. On that note, certain color tactical maps are very effective at hiding the movement range overlay. Please do something about this.
Webbing ranged creatures ain't always a bad thing, I do that when I want to make sure that my summon will hit the unit and beat it up to a pulp instead of chasing it around (which is easily prevented by AI sending a melee unit next to yours to limit movement while pulling his archer / caster away).
Yes, to a human it makes tactical sense, but fairly little of what the AI does makes tactical sense.
Peace? Psh! If you did something to irk me, you die. If you wardec'd me and I steamrolled you, you definitely die.
Yes, the main point being it is type specific. It's also a ratio you can mod in ElementalDefs, if you're so inclined = P
I am also seeing this happen with Mantle of Fire. As such, I'm going to make an educated guess, that the root issue here is that counter attack damage is being dealt as part of an active retaliation ability, and it is a known "issue" that passive abilities (such as Uncontrolled Rage and Reap) do not proc correctly on active ability usage. It eats the counter attack action in the process as well.

For instance, the Accuracy and Dodge bonuses from the Lucky faction trait are multiplicative, as is the Dodge bonus from the Shrink spell, but a lot are additive wh
What you want to start out depends on a few different things, with the two most important being: What your starting area has to offer (assuming you don't spam Ctrl+N or explore for better), and what your tech progression is on. Epic tech progressions with a 2+ essence spot available in your start spot, Conclave is a given. If 1 or fewer essences are available to you, start with a Fortress. You're more likely to need quick/cheap early game unit construction than a high growth r

I... suppose that's possible, but I've never seen them use it prior to now (which isn't definitive, of course, merely suggestive). Either way, their infocards don't show that ability, so if they have it, it's erroneous.
I'm noticing a few units in the game failing to lose their "defending" stance graphical tag (floating shield icon) despite not being in that stance. It seems to be applying to units with spears mostly (I've noticed it specifically on Wildling/Darkling Riders and Brood Wardens, so far).
Since .85 hit, I have been unable to select the "Adventurer's Boon" perk at level up (it's the +8 HP one). Firstly, has anyone else noticed this, or did I break something accidentally (as opposed to on purpose, which I *have* done)? If not, is there any way to fix it? I kinda would like to be able to boost the HP of my squishies...
Generally, you want to aim for: Enough Towns to make a 2 grain non-town reach level 5 without researching the 10 food/grain repeatable; I focus Material options at 4 and 5, unit HP at 3. Enough Forts to have a negative Faction-wide unrest equal to or better than the unrest due to # of cities; I focus unit HP at 3, unrest at 4, and unrest at 5 (but only if my Faction-wide unrest is not keeping up with my # of cities unrest - otherwise, I'll take one of the other level 5 opt
