I've forgotten the exact the purchase process but I don't recall being asked for it when I bought the game, all they asked for was my money! Which I gave them using paypal, which of course is attached to the same email account. Anyhow, from the looks of things this probably isn't the problem as it seems other people including someone I know rl have had the same problem.
I have exactly the same problem, did you purchase before registering at stardock? That's what I did and I suspect it's why I haven't been able to register and download it.
I bought it before I registered on stardock, although I did use the same email address. I wonder if this is why i can't download my game...
If only it were that simple :( I found Sins, tried to register only to discover that I haven't been sent a registration key. The only email I have is my paypal confirmation, someone else I know tried to buy the game by download at the same time and also hasn't recieved a registration key... Pity Stardock don't have a telephone number, I just have to wait for someone to reply to an email. I've paid for the game but cannot find an option anywhere to download it. I can't figure for the life of me why there doesn't seem to be an option to download it anywhere. Any help please?
