How do I download this game on digital download??

Download Stardock Central, install it, log in, find sins in the list of games, and off you go

I have stardock central, am using it at the moment, can only find the demo version, is this what I need to download?

If you bought the game and you clicked My Games on the navigation bar to the left Sins should show up at the top. Click on it and an install button will show up at the right.

If only it were that simple I found Sins, tried to register only to discover that I haven't been sent a registration key. The only email I have is my paypal confirmation, someone else I know tried to buy the game by download at the same time and also hasn't recieved a registration key... Pity Stardock don't have a telephone number, I just have to wait for someone to reply to an email. Just to clarify, I'm going to 'my games' and right clicking then hitting 'register product', highlighting sins, but then I have no registration key.

I bought it before I registered on stardock, although I did use the same email address. I wonder if this is why i can't download my game...

You can attempt to have them email you the serial number by choosing Tools - Lookup Serial Number from Stardock Central.

You should of gotten a confirmation email form stardock.

What might of happened is you typed in the wrong email address though. :/

If everything fails try to contact support@stardock.com

Of course if you gave them a false email adress it might be difficult.

I've forgotten the exact the purchase process but I don't recall being asked for it when I bought the game, all they asked for was my money! Which I gave them using paypal, which of course is attached to the same email account. Anyhow, from the looks of things this probably isn't the problem as it seems other people including someone I know rl have had the same problem.
