I've met the Stardock developers at last year's Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle. They're a great group of guys and I do take it a bit personally when people steal from them.

Here's my problem with pirating Demigod - don't you guys realize that Stardock and Gas Powered Games are some of the last developers that haven't shoved DRM down PC Gamers throats? When you pirate games from these companies, the corporate drones at the other game developers take a look and say, "see. Nobody's honest. Stardock put out Demigod and it was pirated 100 times for every legit user. It's time to add anti-piracy castration rootkit to our next game - try to download it illegally
